Shipping + Tracking

All orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days and orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day. 

Please note, should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by an additional 1-2 business days. You are encouraged to thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

This means, for example, that if you select UPS Next Day Air shipping, you can expect to receive your delivery in 2-3 business days. 

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped, so allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at shipping@kpsessentials.com. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. 

Does a processing time apply to delivery times?
